Timeline

The page where the administrator sets key dates and times such as competition start/end, submission period start/end, judging period 1 start/end, etc.

Note: It's recommended that administrators allow extra time (time gap) between submission and judging periods AND between consecutive judging phases.  Why? Because the administrator must first ADVANCE entries from one phase to the next phase

Make Visible

A checkbox in the timeline that enables an administrator to set a certain date to be visible to a contestants and judges on their respective Dashboards.

What are phases?

A phase is a period of time that encompasses judging and/or submission (if multi-phase entries)
