When creating your entry form, your contest administrator will set the maximum video file size. You can reduce your video size multiple ways:

1. See if your recording device or video software (iMovie, QuickTime) has a compression/reduce file size feature and use that.

2. Lower the resolution quality. Judges will likely be watching your video on their computer screen, so you may not need the highest quality video that your device provides.

3. Use a different file format. An mov file is usually higher quality and larger size than an mp4 file. You may be able to convert your file using your software (save/export as..), or you can use free, open source software like HandBrake.
